This Tropical Bircher Muesli Recipe for brekky this week!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 60g whole oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 175 ml unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 passionfruit
- 30g macadamias
- 30g flaked almonds
- Handful coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- ½ ripe mango
Method
- Place all ingredients except coconut yoghurt and mango in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer mix to a bowl and place in an air-tight container in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- When ready to eat, top with yoghurt and mango and serve chilled.
