Opting for wholegrain foods like oats, is a great way to increase fibre in your diet. Starting your day with a high fibre hit is the perfect way to keep your energy sustained and bowels happy!

This Tropical Bircher Muesli Recipe for brekky this week!

Serves 2


  • 60g whole oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 175 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 30g macadamias
  • 30g flaked almonds
  • Handful coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • ½ ripe mango


  1. Place all ingredients except coconut yoghurt and mango in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Transfer mix to a bowl and place in an air-tight container in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  3. When ready to eat, top with yoghurt and mango and serve chilled.
