Catering Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to delivery will be liable to pay 100%  of the total order value (inc. GST)
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to delivery will incur a pay 50% of the total order value (inc. GST)
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to delivery will incur a pay 25% of the total order value (inc. GST)
  • Late orders within 24 hours of delivery will incur a 25% surcharge on the total order.

Should you cancel your order, Deliciously Clean Eats will gladly deliver the prepared food to a location organised by the client (i.e local shelters).

 

Quotes

Quotes are in our system as a pending proposal. A quote does not proceed until Deliciously Clean Eats receives email confirmation by the client no later than 5 days prior to the event that they wish to proceed.

 

The clients will receive an email order confirmation once the quote has been accepted.

 

It is the client’s responsibility to review the order and provide us with any amendments 72 hours prior to the event.  Be sure to review the following.

 

  • Menu
  • Attendee Numbers
  • Dietary requirements
  • Invoicing details
  • Event date

The client will be asked to supply the following information:

  • Delivery Location
  • Delivery Time
  • Contact Name
  • Contact No.

We recommend placing catering orders as early as possible to secure your booking for your required date.

 

Payment Terms

  • Pricing is current (inc GST) as of March 2021 and may be subject to change.
  • Payment is due 7 days prior to delivery (unless otherwise arranged). Interest or late fees may apply.
  • Payment instructions are included on invoice. We accept EFT, cash and credit card.
  • A 1.75% + A$0.30 surcharge applies for all credit card payments.

*All menus are subject to seasonal and supply chain availability.

 

Delivery Charges

Weekday delivery:

  • A $15.00 delivery fee (once per day) applies to all orders requiring delivery from Caloundra – Noosa.
  • Higher delivery fees are applicable outside of these parameters.

Weekend delivery:

  • A $20 delivery fee (once per day) applies to all weekend catering for delivery from Caloundra – Noosa.
  • Higher delivery fees are applicable outside of these parameters.

Minimum Spend

  • There is no minimum spend on weekday catering between 9am-4pm.
  • $300 minimum spend on weekday catering before 9am and after 4pm.
  • $500 minimum spend on Saturday catering.
  • $750 minimum spend on Sunday catering.

Allergy Disclaimer

Whilst all efforts are taken in relation to special diet requests, it must be noted that within our Sunshine Coast Council approved commercial kitchen we handle nuts, seafood, sesame seeds, wheat flour, eggs, fungi and dairy products, along with all manner of fruits, vegetables and meats. Customer dietary requests will be catered for to the best of our ability. Individuals with health threatening allergies or food intolerances might be best suited to provide their own food items.
